Straw Hat “Help” prop

Certainly many of you love George’s straw hat pictures from Help! Ever wonder where that hat ended up? Well,I don’t have a picture, but supposedly it resides in The Hard Rock Hotel in Pattaya, along with George’s suit from The Concert for Bangladesh. Take a look!

what I’ve noticed about people like him in general, who get pegged as “quiet”, generally aren’t so much quiet as they’re taking careful notes on what’s going on around them. Most people underestimate them and are surprised by them, as they don’t really pay attention to what the “quiet” ones are doing.

why was he eating the cymbals in Help
    has anyone else noticed this
and have you noticed that he says
“i need you by George Harrison”
    twice during the credits?

I did notice that! He was very protective of his songs, especially since so few of them passed the Lennon/McCartney litmus test; it would make sense that he would want to make sure that he got credit for what was, arguably, the best song in the entire movie. Also, if you look at most Beatles compilation albums, George’s songs aren’t listed because he was careful to own the copyrights on his own material. Smart move.

He’s “eating” the cymbols because they were all supposedly “high” during the shooting so he was “eating” the cymbols to say that he had the muchies XD

I hope the cymbals were made of something edible. Yuck!
